So i'm in the process of selling my house and had some maintenance done on one of our bathrooms. While the guy was painting he fell back on the washing basin and broke the cupboard underneath. I'm trying to be as fair as possible but want to get this sorted ASAP as people are looking at the house and its the kind of thing that can give a bad impression.

I looked at fixing it but what is going to work best is if I can find this exact unit and just replace it. It looks like its one of these flat pack units that you get from builders where you mix and match the drawer and the shell and a basin. I just can't see it on their website.

This is what it looks like, the dimentions are 8900 x 4600 x 4300 (about)

Does anyone recognise this or know where I can get someone to put this together quickly ? I could probably do it but want it to look good and be sturdy and don't have the time. The builder who fell on it can assemble and install.

meh if it is just the faceplate imo that would mostly be covered, i would repair it

So the back plate is completely broken - which would not be that hard to fix - but then the front plate has some old water damage and the bolts were ripped out of the sides of the cabinet and so would have to replace both sides. They use that hidden joinery so need some special tools tools to drill those again.
The drawer is fine but the rails are old so would have to just replace those as well. The cost would be a lot less but I still don't have the time to do all this and then if I spend a day or two putting it all together and it's done badly its going to be a complete waste.
