Flor stand speakers

I've decided to upgrade my fronts from bookshelf to floor standands and need a little advice

Budget is about 2K and I don't mind 2nd hand

Must be dark wood to match my lounge and must have at least 2x mid range and 2x tweeters and 1x mid bass.

Kef, Jamo, Mission, Boston etc
 
My advice would be www.avsa.co.za for the used equipment.

I bought 2 speakers, a CD player and a DVD player with a value of almost R50,000.00 - for R11,000.00 plus a set of speakers worth R6,000.00 when new.

I just double checked the serial number with the importers to see if there was a history (on the electronic goods) and listen to the speakers myself.

Cool, another thing I need is a set of wall mounts for my current bookshelf front so I can mount them at the back for rears. Cheap and cheerful is best I think.

Don't they have mounts on the back? I know most of my speakers did? You pop a screw in the wall, and the speaker hooks on.

I'd like to be able to angle them.

Also, I have 2 Mission models in mind for my fronts.

M33's and the M73, which ones would you take?
 
Hmmm... you could try a place like Game... or Audio Vision - not sure where the cheap ones are :p

I mounted my surrounds directly on the wall... Still looking for a center speaker stand - which will apparently cost me R4000 :(

No clue - I'll have to dig them out of the garage - they're about my waist height :p

They were R850 in 2008 at AudioVision, make was All Acoustics.

I'll measure them tonight... been meaning to advertise them, so have to dig them out anyways to take pictures.
 
As soon as I get my fronts mine will be up for sale as well.

Probably getting the fronts tomorrow. I paid 1700 for the stands at Audio Vision about 4 years ago.
