FNB ADSL - torrenting

Anyone here using FNB ADSL data?

I don't quite follow the terms on their site. Is torrenting allowed or completely blocked? The call it "restricted". I haven't been able to get a satisfactory answer out of them yet?

If they do not block it, they will throttle it to death.

Neighbour has it. During the day it seems to work fine but varies a lot at night, often stopping altogether. I do most of his downloads for him now as he might have to wait up to 5 days to d/load a 30Gb file and I can do it in several hours

basically never picks up speed for me, but nntp on the other hand runs nicely
