FNB bad service

What can I do to get help

I had very bad service with FNB as Iam entrepreneur, my client transfer the amount of 100000 to my business account that was supposed to be same time transaction, but didn't went through same day, on the following day I called internet banking Dept, they told me I have to tell my client call them and declares the money, When I meet her she was very angry and told me that she received a call from the bank they told him, My account is a fraud account and it under investigation, it been already suspended, and they refund her money, I went to the bank to talk to the bank manager she said, she can't help me, I have to call internet banking, I called internet banking again they told me they don't know my case they can't help if I don't have reference number, on that time my account was already frozen, I went up and down to the bank, making calls on that time I'm pregnant, I was working to save the money for my baby... They froze my account for 3 months, business and personal, I open a complain on customer service, they did not get back to me, I was stuck, until I had pregnancy complecations,I had high blood pressure, I almost miscarry my baby, after 3 months of walking up and down and making calls they told me it was the mistake of their system and .y account would be unfrozen, I get hold of the guy who froze my account and I asked him why he did that.he told me he don't Know
 
He told me he doesn't know why did he froze my accounts, he have nothing to explain to me, I was very depressed in such a way that the doctor find that my baby was not growing well in the womb, that lead to give birth early a Prema baby on a C section, but until today, Fnb customer service never get back to me I lost more than R350000 in that period of 4 month and I almost loss my baby
 
Should have taken them to the banking ombudsman already.
Yes I took them to ombudsman but they didn't help: they told me they are investigating the case, I mustn't call them, they will contact me for final decision but until to day,

This is a very unusual thing to happen. Is your FNB account a business one, as in an actual business account and not a personal account that you use for business?

One thing you should know about customer service in general - don't ever leave smses, emails etc. and expect anyone to get back timeously or at all. Get people on the phone, always. And when that isn't possible, phone every day for updates.

Why didn't you open a new bank account at a different bank at some point in all this time?
