I had very bad service with FNB as Iam entrepreneur, my client transfer the amount of 100000 to my business account that was supposed to be same time transaction, but didn't went through same day, on the following day I called internet banking Dept, they told me I have to tell my client call them and declares the money, When I meet her she was very angry and told me that she received a call from the bank they told him, My account is a fraud account and it under investigation, it been already suspended, and they refund her money, I went to the bank to talk to the bank manager she said, she can't help me, I have to call internet banking, I called internet banking again they told me they don't know my case they can't help if I don't have reference number, on that time my account was already frozen, I went up and down to the bank, making calls on that time I'm pregnant, I was working to save the money for my baby... They froze my account for 3 months, business and personal, I open a complain on customer service, they did not get back to me, I was stuck, until I had pregnancy complecations,I had high blood pressure, I almost miscarry my baby, after 3 months of walking up and down and making calls they told me it was the mistake of their system and .y account would be unfrozen, I get hold of the guy who froze my account and I asked him why he did that.he told me he don't Know
