FNB breaking the ceiling for banking services

I really like FNB on a personal level, but on business level the experience is nothing but depreciating. This whole call back (online) and we will get back in touch (branch) are nothing but buying time in my opinion, not to mention within 48 hours… more like within months or never. They like deposits, nothing else.

This opinion is made on my experience with FNB.
