Signed up for the FNB CONNECT / CELL C SIM since the APN Product is being discontinued.

Connection was working fine but since this morning struggling with data connection although sims show connection active and signal activity, Signal Strength -89/91 dBm

Anyone else using it or having issues ?

Is it possible to have 4G/LTE activated ? Been trying to get through to FNB CONNECT without any luck..
 
Tx. CELL C for the great response Network Team Investigated and determined a Tower Down in the Area.

Have never received such prompt response from MTN etc. :whistle:

Hi BigBear,

You will need an LTE sim card and your phone must be LTE compatible.

3G signal on Cell C sim from FNB Connect sucks!

I am basically unhappy and i need to cancel my FNB sim. With connection being so slow and lagging i may as well not have taken this stupid service. Its frustrating and lets be honest it is sad to get service that so darn slow. May as well get another ISP then.
