FNB CONNECT

I have been with FNB connect for 6 years but now, having just bought a new contract with phone I am getting NO COVERAGE to connect with the internet during load shedding. This has not been a problem before. What has happened to FNB roaming. My son has a vodacom sim and he picks up a fast and clear signal from the same spot where I stand - I get nothing at all. Come on FNB tell us what is going on here.

Enable roaming in SIM settings, and/or update SIM settings?

As far as i remember FNB connect piggyback off MTN and CellC, but you should still be able to roam

if you have a samsung try going into settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Enable Data Roaming
