I'm thinking of a prepaid for the occasional time my tablet leaves me house (WiFi). Hoping I could load R100.00 and leave it for a few months

I can't confirm anything, but when I got my prepaid sim from FNB I got R50 from them, and it hasn't expired. I got the sim in November I think

I can't find any answers on airtime, but data bundles expire: "Data bundles purchased will last up to 60 days; and expires at the end of the following month it was purchased"

BTW; does Fnb connect do any throttling/shaping on there accounts?

Trying to decide if it's worth putting a Fnb sim in my other sim slot for data use.....

Isn't there some 3GB data product that lasts a year... I remember something like that, but might have been discontinued.

I have FNB connect for 2 month, my colleagues and friends get airtime....data... and i get nothing.
do you have to be on a gold account to get free data/minutes?
