FNB iPhone price cuts

FNB has reduced the price of the Apple iPhone 5c and 5s for new and existing customers who sign up during the month of August 2014

It's cheaper than buying it outright from the iStore (iPhone 5s 16gb) but when I looked at settling my current phone account early the penalty would have negated that savings and then some.

Funny, I was doing some banking this morning and had a look at the smart devices to see what was going down.

I haven't looked for ages so can't remember the prices, but my first impression was 5c prices had dropped big time but the 5s prices had gone up.

New models will come soon. Best to move them now

Apple products are just plain expensive, is that what they call reduced prices with no interest. Lucky I'm not a big big fan and only own an ipod that's it

How much is an iPhone?

Owners love to inflate the cost to R14,000+ - but I'm sure it's not hat bad?

In SA it is inflated, in the US it's around $740 when you add tax for the 16Gb model.
