I prefer the website to the App tbh...

But then I'm old and doddery with this new fangled App crap.
Some things are easy on the browser. I am way too fast on the keyboard (than using keyboard on phone) so I use browser to create new recipients. For ewallet payments and transfers to existing recipients, app is easy to do.
 
still can't access internet banking -

This is pretty ****ed up
 
Cannot add a new beneficiary
Go through all the details. At the end, the message "We were unable to add your beneficiary" appears

Same problem on the app.

And I need to send money to myself.
 
Site has major issues. Been battling since last night. Huge PIA...

I cannot do all my business banking and load DO's using my app on my phone ffs...
 
Over busy periods and month ends there is meant to be a freeze on any changes introduced to avoid any issues. If any changes whether hardware or systems were made some one has explaining to do.

In theory, there is 3 day freeze before & after month-end (for implementations and/or hardware stack changes) but if there is some issue, this month-end freeze goes out of the window.
