Have just tried to withdraw from an atm and got the following message: We are unable to help you now. Please try another FNB ATM or contact your nearest FNB Branch for Assistance. Error Code D055."
 
There was widespread technical difficulties. What annoys me is that (for the amount of bank fees we pay) they could at least sent out a sms advising that you might experience technical difficulties for whatever period, that will be proper CUSTOMER service.
 
I have a question regarding this. If I pay R200 in bank fees and I try to use their services but am not able to due to their technical issues doesn't that mean they should refund me a portion of my fees? What does the CPA say about this?
