FNB - Getting IT3(b) Tax certificate?

Does anyone know where about on the damn web site you can download your tax certificate.

Looked through all the options and all the online docs say under Account / Statements - select Tax Certificates.

There is no such option.

Have you tried on the FNB App?

If I type 'Certificates' in the Search Bar then I get an option to view Certificates for all my accounts.

You can also edit the homepage and add it there (Add -> Shortcuts -> Tax Certificates)

Jinne - can't even remember the last time I logged into the website. On the app home page you can click the big orange + button and then Tax Certificates is in that list.

Thanks. Should have tried the app first. Doesn't seem to be supported on the web site but searching for certificates on the app did it.

1) Login into the FNB website
2) click on accounts
3) click on the orange menu
4) click tax certificate
