haahha...I always get this...They load shed up to the suburb to our left then skip us and loadshed the next one to our right

But I think we share a line or grid with an area about 20 KM away that will be prone to violent protest uf they get shedded...My wife thinks we have a minister or something living close by or an Eskom head...

My parents place in Cpt is like that when some embassies around the corner have important gov/monarch persons visiting

we also get little loadshedding... many times nothing, as expected, or just short periods.... like yesterday was like 30minutes on stage 3.
there was some talk a while ago (pretoria areas, not sure if everywhere) that they wont cut areas with cop shop or hospital close by... we have both
still quite crap that we have to cough up R1000s for gennies coz gov and eskom f'd up

I bought something last week with a 40% L5 ebucks discount from the ebucks store and it allowed me to do the part-payment thing. I wonder if you tried with 1 eBuck and part-payment of R5999,90 if it'd allow it

This is what it looks like for L5. Only 2 generators discounted, and at 40% - not the 20% they said.

You can do the part payment but the discount falls away.

Ah, there must be a threshold. I didn't do THAT much rands... was maybe 25% of the total price.
