There is no monthly account fee if you open the account via the FNB cellphone app.

The monthly interest is dependent on economic factors and therefore is in constant flux - at the moment the interest rate is 6.05% (2020-05-06).

For those not aware, you will not receiving any interest for the duration in which your balance is below R100k.
