I have had an FNB credit card from the year 2003, been Ebucks subscriber for 8 years probably. I had a FNB classic credit card n always earned Ebucks, in 2012 upgraded to Gold card. I always stock piled the Ebucks and used it once every couple of years for a big ticket purchase, when I decided to use my points this year, I phoned to enquiry to many points I got only to be told that when FNB upgraded my card, they did not link it to Ebucks, but have been charging me the Ebucks subscription every month. They now refusing to give me my Ebucks or refund my subscription as they say I have been earning from Takealot n other partners during this time. I then received an email from them claiming Airtime was being paid to a number I don't recognize in lieu of Ebucks, when I queried this they cannot give me an answer.
