FNB Online Banking - yeah, right!

Every time you go on their site they ask you to install Rapport or Trusteer, can't remember which one. Very annoying.

But honestly, I have banked everywhere except Standard and these guys are the absolute worst I have ever had. Only reason I have an account there is because of PayPal.

I've never even had a need to call the Nedbank call centre. Not once in the 4 years I have been with them. Been with FNB for less than a year and so far I have had airtime purchases triplicated on my account, fraudulent activity on my credit card collection (very interesting story for another time) and total disdain from frontline staff in their branches (who it would seem are incapable of dealing with anything related to credit cards or online banking).

Nope, you're confusing FNB with Nedbank. Nedbank is the one that asks you to install Rapport Trusteer each time you logon. So, Nedbank sucks

This thread made lol hard! On the banking side, I'm as of Friday officially a FNB customer after having been with Absa for 16 years. Got tired of their ****.

Nope, I can categorically state that I have never had to install any software on my PC when I want to use online banking
