Just want to know if other banks also has this feature that makes money available like FNB.

ABSA does, Standard doesn't.

Ridiculous though, in this day and age all payments should be instant, but then the banks don't get to play with the money sitting in limbo anymore.

/inb4 before a bank employee says, "it's for security"

It sucks. Doing business with a new client and want payment cleared before his truck leaves my premises.
