Any of you had an issue with this ?

It used to work and I wiped my phone two weeks back, but now nothing. Doing a payment prompt me to open my app and previously I approved that way, now it just opens ... I can't pay anyone ?

I tried phoning, but guess they only open at 8:00

Phone model and OS version?

Network and whether you are using Wi-fi or mobile data?

Additionally: Are you able to log in to the app and transact from there?


Reasons I am asking:
- Perhaps your app permissions are wonky. If you are able to log in to the app and transact, then we know that your device and internet connectivity are in order.

- At work, I get inContact notifications when my device is connected to the wifi network, but if i open the app, it says my device is not connected to the network. I need to switch to mobile data for it to work.

Phone is Huawei P9 (Android 7.0)

Tried both WiFi and GSM - both just open the app as normal ie appears they're not linked at all. However, going to settings on the desktop shows they are actually linked. I did the payment on the app itself in the end

But I'll phone FNB next I have an issue. Thing is I can't test without making a payment

Sweet. Go to App Settings/App Manager.

Select FNB

Select Permissions

See if all of the requested permissions are allowed.

From the desktop, try removing the device as a verified one, and then re-link it.
 
Delete the link and re-link it.
