Hi everyone
I see that FNB finally decided to launch Apple Pay and I just wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue that I am having with virtual cards disappearing.
I had created a virtual card a few months ago, but I don't see it now when I log into the FNB desktop site. I am pretty sure that I used to be able to see the individual virtual cards along with the physical cards when I click "My Cards" under my credit card account?
When I log onto the FNB app and select "My Cards" it was showing the old Virtual Card just before I started typing this post, but not the physical cards. Now it has changed and the physical cards are there, but the virtual card has disappeared.
I tried a couple of times and sometimes the virtual card showed up, but other times it wasn't there. When I tried to click on the virtual card sometimes it opened, other times it just gave an error saying no cards available.
