I get that whenever I try to access international sites. Does this mean I'm capped? I just purchased a Webafrica bundle but it does the same thing, I can only access local.
 
Sounds like one of their porn filters.
Ask an older cousin to buy your bundle next time and not dad. ;) :p
 
My response from WebAfrica:



There is a national outage regarding international browsing, customers will get slow or now international browsing.
Telkom technicians are aware and are attending to the fault at the moment.

Will a proxy help me?
 
are you sure you are not using a proxy, just double check in your browser settings.
this is a proxy sever error message afaik.
i had the same message last week, took out the proxy setting (use no proxy) and could browse again normally
i don think i will ever use a proxy server again, had made no speed difference on browsing for me in any case.
 
Newp. I'm on WA and not having any issues.
The message you're getting comes from a proxy though. I would suggest you check your browser settings to double check.
