Force outlook to run

Working in a office with some dinosaur's who don't believe that 2 programs could possible run at once... so they are constantly closing outlook, then I have setup the reception to mail them their calls and the are still waiting for the hand written note...

How would i force outlook to stay open I remember outlook .exe used to run no matter what ? I also need to force a modal popup new mail notification ? any sugesstions

don`t know if there is a proper way, but you can make a macro with autohotkey(free) that opens outlook every time someone closes it.
