Ford Figo Brake Lights

There are suddenly a lot of cars with non working rear brakelights that I have noticed, various brands, the other day I was behind 3 of them on a downhill (I was the fourth with out lights lol), just the center brakelight working.

I posted the very same observation a few days ago on the 'Bad Driving' thread about cars with faulty brake lights.
