So the 4 years 60000km service plan is not what it seems.
Normally a diesel needs services every 15000km or every year.
The warning light alerts it needs a oil change every year, you make a booking and go in the week after (when they can allocate you).
So the first 3 years its been ok. Now that the Fiesta was booked in a 2 weeks after the the date of the 4th year on the sale contract, you have to pay for the 4th service!!! WTF is that , the odometer was < 50000km and its was the 4th yearly service???
The basic service oil change and filters now costs R2500. I have contacted the Ford dealer to get clarity and Ford SA help and get the same bullshit story. So all I can say is a FORD your customer loyalty sucks and you may have my R2500 but my next car wont be a FORD for sure.
