To give a background its CTU, my wife was done in for a CADD Course she wanted to complete for next year after doing some proper research on them we wanted our money back and they are holding so on to it its not even funny, with petty excuses everywhere

Something else as well on their website is a image stating that they are Microsoft Gold Partner How can I check this as I have been on Microsoft site but cant find anything, isn't it suppose to link to a page with a certificate proving that they are certified ?
