According to the radio report, his car had no licence plates.

Because it was brand new and still had paper plates, strange how it makes better news if you only leave out one little detail.

IMHO joost wouldn't hav turned into the incredible hulk if they had made a plan.

I think a Numberplate could be taken as Identification, as Everything can be faked anyway - what makes a little laminated License card better than a Numberplate?

Certainly a guy with no car and an easy to fake License has more motive to steal or whatever than a person driving a luxury car with a Numberplate ??

Number plates are easy to steal/fake, actually in SA why worry about faking the number plate just steal the whole car. Number plates should never be accepted as a type of ID. but Licenses are not much better.

Just because they don't have a phone in the booth doesn't make it your problem to drive all the way home.

Especially if the place you're trying to get in to also happens to be the place you live.
