Forms with Database for record entries

Good day,
I have been using low code platforms such as knack, zoho creator and airtable but these platforms cost too much for 20+ users

But, I would just like to find out if anyone can assist me on a cheaper option on how to create a low cost cloud based web application that could work as follows:
-has a data entry form of about 20 custom field values
-once that data is entered on the form it then displays in a table similar to how an excel spreadsheet is.
-allows clients to view these tables with the data entry as a form of a report.

This would be for a 3PL/freight forwarding company for entering data on in/out container loads

Your assistance will be highly appreciated on guidance as to options

That is all, we have a software solution that does everything else our warehouse requires, this current function is done through excel so trying to see if there is a better option to have a simple web application to replace excel spreadsheets
