Four queries and no response.

Since my over billing in June I have sent MTN 4 queries and have had no response except 1 ref. no.

ICASA has given them 14 days to respond to my query last week but MTN has now put their lawyers onto me. AND the amount has increased substantionaly.

Funny how the letter has about 40 lawyers names and their impressive qualifications. This does not put me off, not in the least.

Thanks for the support and PM's.
Going all the way with this. If I cant make head or tail of my bill back dated 3 months with OOB and in bundle littered all over the show, how the hell will their lawyer explain this to the magistrate? Not even MTN can explain this to me.
I have all the confidence in myself.
Their lawyers in JHB has asked me to contact them. Wonder why???
