Guys i recently tranfared R3500 to a company named smart investments looking to get profit but now i cant seem to reach the company i feel stupit
 
Let it go. Learn your lesson. You can take them to small claims court if you can find them, but it's slow, inconvenient, and if you want a lawyer, expensive.

Its not fraud if you willfully without coercion send them this money. You basically just donated R3500 to some random group, no court will assist you with this unfortunately.

A profit on R3500? What were you expecting from it? R350 to R400 in profit a year? Anything more than that should have screamed scam, and you could have earned the R350 easily enough in the bank, so why take the risk?

If OP just found some random banking details on the internet and sent money there without any interaction at all with the "company", then sure. But it's more likely that the "company" deceived OP into sending money which resulted in financial gain for the company, which is the definition of fraud :confused:
