You in Villa Abrosia?

Pinball Wizard, do you have a contact at Fredd? I am moving within Villa Abrosia.
Logged a ticket, no one calls back, phoned twice this morning, bounced between departments and then they dropped the call...

Old thread, but just in case anyone is looking for info or considering Fredd / TT Connect, my 2c. I signed up with them when they started digging in our area. When the fibre went live, they didn't even bother contacting me. When I followed up (again), it finally got installed last Friday. 5 days in, it has been down 3 times. Most importantly, though: it's impossible to get hold of support, so if that's important to you, look elsewhere....

The combination of FREDD ISP and the TTConnect infrastructure is the worst option you can choose....seriously. There is 0 support with these guys and the amount of drops is infuriating. Honestly the worst internet experience I have had thus far.

Stay far away...

ok guys I know this is an old thread but needed to find out if service levels have improved as we got no choice but to use TT Connect in our area, they started Digging yesterday and they say 4 to 8 weeks should be fine to go live. I know should stay away from TT Connect but we given no choice and used Fredd for now just so that my application is in to get fibre and once in I tend to switch to another ISP

Hi there. I used Fredd & TT Connect for about 9 months. The huge problem I had was with getting hold of them when there was a problem. Their phones often go unanswered, and emails are NEVER answered. The only times they ever returned my calls, was on 2 occasions when they phoned back WEEKS later to find out whether the problem was resolved. It's impossible to escalate, as management is never available, and they seem to have no social media presense.

I still have no choice for fibre, so am still using TT Connect today. I have moved ISP, though, from Fredd to Vox, and get MUCH better service. Even when I was with Fredd, I often got more info from Vox's Twitter feed about what is going on at TT Connect, than I ever could directly from Fredd. I'm guessing that Vox (and probably other ISPs) have a better way of getting hold of TT that we as consumers do, and would recommend that you go to an ISP other than Fredd for this (like Vox).
