Although subscribers will be liable for the cost of the dial-up calls, they will be able to access the Internet right away and there will be no limit to the time spent online.
Their statement of free dial-up is misleading. Mayhaps the ASA will be interested in this one?
If they say free, then it should include the telephone calls as well. In this instance, it would be more honest to say "free dial-up account while you wait"...
