Just get free hosting from someone like www.awardspace.net then use their free domain they have a few options like .atwebpages.com etc.

Then you can play around all you want and when you are ready to go live get your .co.za .

At the current price of co.za domain names, is there really a point in seeking a free alternative that could end at any time - just like ZA.NET - pay the small price for a well-known TLD instead.
