Free double data

Got the following in and email
As a small token to show you how sorry we are - and to hopefully make it up to you - we are going to be DOUBLING THE GBs of your affected Mobile account for the month of October.
but only received half of the doubled data. According to my knowledge I should have gotten 10gb extra on the moblie 3 package and not 5gb extra. Did anyone else notice this as well ?
 
Yes, I did too. I have a Mobile 2 and a Mobile 3 package, and I now have 25gb loaded (should be 30gb).

But I also remember that there was a previous offer of 5gb for delivery delays on Mobile 2 packages that were ordered, so I expect that's what has been loaded here.

I'm sure the "double" offer will follow shortly - Afrihost don't drop the ball easily (and I'm saying that based on what I've experienced so far).
 
Also have the mobile 2 and 3 and wondering if that isnt wants causing a bit of confusion on their side ?

Only got mine on mobile 3, nothing on my mobile 2 package which is apn only. Had no issues getting up and running.

Thanks for the email. I have made the relevant change.
Checked, Mobile 3 still show the extra 5gb. Notice my total data remain was 25gb. Checked my mobile 2 apn package and it is showing 10gb available. Added to wrong package :(
 
I want my double for the data that they robbed from me by disabling my sims 2 hours before midnight last night
 
Everything is functioning in order for mobile two, complimentary 5 gigs added didn't get any complimentary data on mobile three but must admit they are on ball.

@whatwhat you had the same issue I had last night noticed that mobile three was red(deactivated) on the clientzone but all data depleted when I looked at the controlzone.

Noticed when you consume data faster at a certain amount of gigs they disconnect u from the network.
 
Instead of 20GIG ... I have 15gig? It also says my account is still capped even though the data is there now?

Howzit meneer .... I actually came right. I phoned your call centre. Faith told me that on her system the account is not showing as capped even though it is showing as such on the Android app. She also sent my details to her manager and had the extra 5gig loaded. It is reflecting on my Android app.
