Free Fibre Router?

One of my clients has ordered Octotel fibre through Afrihost.. According to the Afrihost site, they're meant to get a free router with the deal, but now they're being asked to Verify their debit order details before router can be sent off.. I checked their client zone and there's a R999 order for a router.. Is this a mistake Afripeople?

We discount the router at checkout, if the promotion is active, so he would be invoiced (for tax purposes) but not billed. We won't ship any goods until we verify that the client's payment details are correct through verification.
