maybe I never got anything because I openly told them how I felt about their move to the new network being a selfish money maker at the expense of their clients.

We selected clients purely on the basis of the age of their accounts with us, and this was on a very limited basis. We'll be contacting clients in batches from oldest to newest in due course.
Sorry if you think our actions have been selfish or money-driven, I can assure you our primary motivation for everything we do is our clients satsifaction and happiness, in the short term and the long term. We honestly believe that we have made the best decision, and hopefully the coming network rollout will demonstrate this![]()
I cant even use my allotted data the line is so slow so extra BW is utterly pointless.
And i thought i had been with them for a long time. i think since 2009...oh well. maybe next time...
