Free gift when upgrading on VC contract?

I'm due for a cellphone upgrade next week and I would just like to know if you also get the free gift (camcorder, BT Headset, etc) that VC offers new contract subscribers?

Normally they have different deals for guys taking out brand new contracts as opposed to doing an upgrade.

Ask VC, see what they say, if they dont offer the same, make a big enough fuss about not getting the same deals and they might eventually offer you the same.

Personally, on my contract, I have never managed to squeeze vodacom to give me the same deal as the initial contract guys, but i did make a fuss, and i got much better then what they were originally gonna give me.

I think it depends on who your service provider is. Vodashop has never had issues offering me the same stuff that new contract guys get. catweasel is right. The best thing to do is to ask them, then kick up a stink if you see fit to do so.
