According to Rwanda MTN site its via GPRS and costs R241(contract) to R267 (pre-paid) (1 RWF = R0.0133893) p/m. No caps - unlimited access.

Postpaid users pay: R250 per month in addition to normal postpaid charges (RWF 18 000)
Internet only users pay: R250 per month only (RWF 18 000)

SO MTN... Why not offer it to South Africans?? HUH??
