Free local bandwidth

Not sure if this topic has been touched yet and its my first one. What the hell is the point of having local cap free from you ISP when you cant really use it. Don't know if its the case with all ISP's but i'm with Telkom sad to say and whenever i switch over to local cap my connection is lost every 3 minutes and its slower than dial-up. Ill give anyone R50000 if he can finish his local cap on those conditions.
 
what is the point of having 20gb free local bandwidth if i wont ever be able to use it? am i doing something wrong that i keep loosing connection when switched over? its probably just a stupid gimick to get people to join the dark side of the Telkom force.

Switch to local? You mean your blended is finished? It easy. 20GB aint enought to be honest. There are good content to get with local.

What makes me sad is that Telkom gives free local bandwidth to so many people who never even use it. But when I exceed my usage they bill me for it. They won't let even 2GB slide as I found out.

Telkom go to hell!
 
the thing is i really want to use it. but as i said i cant because of my connection braking up every 3-4 mins. Yes talkom can go to hell!!
