Free Local Forum Host

You mean a hosting company that will host a local forum for free? Won't happen. Forums use databases.... and local databases are expensive.... in the region of R100 per month.
 
yea basically. always knew it was expensive, but never that expensive.

local bandwidth is very expensive, and forum use (can?) a lot of bandwidth, so you won't find a local company who'll offer a free forum hosting option. Maybe on your ADSL line?
