This is quite nice software for doing some edits / adding some comments etc to a pdf

Definitely not a PDF editor.

http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/editor/ is a proper PDF editor but unfortunately not free.

I've just started using Nitro PDF. A bit slow on some functions like creating PDFs but good for editing (the little I have done)

Its not Free. You can try it out for free, but that does not make it free. 24$ for a license is not Free. So HTF can you call it free?

by editor i meant you can add comments / pages, draw on existing pages etc
