Free Program that is like Adobe Acrobat Professional?

LibreOffice lets you import the PDF's into writer. Edit and reprint. I know that's probably not the solution you are looking for. Acrobat Pro is a really good product, but some competition in the market can only benefit us.

I use Libre all the time for my PDF needs, as it opens, edit and export to PDF format.

Foxit works most of the time, but 'complex' documents, like SARS online tax return submissions, won't work with Foxit. Acrobat Reader = bloatware

Pdf Xchange is free and you can edit pdf documents... Works well for me.
