free proxies

Does anyone know of free proxies that can be used for international browsing on a local account so in other words it needs to be a local account.

only need it for browsing and maybe youtube videos.

suppose it needs to be addresses that you put in your internet connection settings

run a pppoe with an international account then u set up a local proxy to listen on the ip/port of that account and then establish a local only pppoe and have it connect through your proxy
