Replaced Wi-Fi Router

Hi all,

I have replaced my Wi-fi router and managed to setup it up and connected it to the Internet.
Apart from the entering the PPOE details is there anything else that needs to be done.
Maybe DNS settings need to change?

The issue is when browsing I am redirected to my ISP (WebAfrica) site to make a payment.
Payment is obviously not the issue as the account is up-to-date and can browse when using the existing router.

Battling to chat to Webfrica support.

Maybe it is pay as you use internet, everytime you open a page you have to pay first :ROFL:

That sounds like a support request to Webafrica
 
Does your password look generic?

Maybe you are using someone else's PPPoE username by mistake..
