I used to use Smartsheet and looking for one function that was available :
Current :
1. Sales people need to me to query something for them on their behalf & send through a mail with the info I need, which is really only 4 parts of info that I need
2. With a such a large sales staff, I'm getting the 4 parts in different formats and syntaxes
3. I make them all consistant and fire off
What I had previously :
1. I sent a link to the sales guys and they literally populated the 4 fields I exposed
2. On submit, it presented everything to me on a scren
Example below :
