Im currently in Uganda, and Im looking for an internet utility that I can use to send free smses with. Prefibly open for all networks, and not too complicated to register, ect.

Think you get a few free on Access (isp) as well, need to have an account though.

That fact that you are already in Uganda makes things tricky...cause you need a valid SA voda number to receive the confirmation code (for Defza and vodacom4me).
