2 questions.
1 if your IT department see this post how would they react?
2 if you are at work and you cant get to youtube and facebook you have already wasted too much time seeing if you can get on.
why dont you use your phone to do this? oh because then it does not look like you are working it looks like you are playing on your phone.
Stop being the problem with our country. you are getting paid to do work, DO IT!
if you dont have enough work, ASK for more, this is how people get promotions.
if there is not enough work to do, the company clearly does not need you so just stop going.

I will strongly advise against doing this.
Rather ask you IT guy to help you... if he says no, then do not try your luck.
If the company has a firewall blocking site, chances are that they will notice any traffic going there. You can bypass it, but they will trace it back to your machine and ultimately get into even more ****.
But if you insist, a really quick and dirty way is to TeamViewer into your home pc and activate there. This is the easiest solution that doesnt require any networking knowledge.
But please, don't do it, it's really not worth it is it?
