Hi , I've entered all the settings in my dsd1110 but when I go to "Scan all networks" it says "orbital position is7/10 not enabled in lnb"
Please advise

Finally I've managed to get France 24 !
(It's within the Network 2 settings, for anyone else who's interested in not putting in the settings for all 8 Networks, as most of the channels IMO are junk).

Thanks for reposting, Ivan, though in ref. to tRoN's query above, I think what may be throwing people out on this (certainly did me), is the use in posts on the first 2 pages ofPublic is7/10 bouquet or simply PAS.

Once I realised that after selecting Dish Installation & the code, it's important (on the DSD1131 decoder) to select DStv IS 7, and not ''DStv IS 10'' which (these days) are 2 different options - they are not combined (IS7/10) as they might've been in the past.

Will this work on the DSD1110?
I really just want 5fm

I think it was mentioned on pg. 1 in one of the posts that these settings are available for the 1110.
The main issue seems to be that for the time being, single-view decoders are the ones that can handle additional Networks, but not the more expensive ones.
I'd suggest you do one network at a time 'til you find 5fm included.

To access the radio channels, simply select the "music note" on your remote (while still on Public PAS7/10 bouquet) and select which channel you would like to listen.

Correction: should read as : ''Public IS7/10''

5fm is Channel 48 in the radio channels, within Network 2 settings.

Seems that DSTV have renamed their satellite identifiers again since I posted the original Free to Air settings in June last year - as per BayCityRoller's posting above - it has now been changed to "Public IS7/10" for the Free to Air Channels - apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

Hi Ivan Leon, many thanks for your FTA posts, reprogrammed SDPVR and now have these additional channels plus radio. Thank you :)

It seems the new dstv software update disables the free to air channels viewing on the standard non-pvr decoder. My wife noticed the info bar looks different this morning and the "Public IS7/10" option disappeared. I tried to do a rescan all network, but still nothing.

Both France24 and BTV have disappeared. I couldn't be bothered with fta on multichoice anymore now.

Dstv HD 4u

Select "Network 2 Setup", Enabled Network "Yes", Use NTI "NO" Set Frequency to "12722" Set Symbol Rate to "26657" Set Polarization to "Vertical" Set FEC to "1/2" press Scan This, then go to your Tv guide and and select all channels, you will find all the Public channels after audio channels
