DVD43 is a free DVD decryption utility that runs in the background and decrypts DVDs.

WHAT DOES IT DO?: DVD43 will decrypt (unlock) a movie DVD so that your copy program can read it.

In other words you don't have to worry about changing the region code of your DVD drive everytime you put in a different region DVD. This program does it automatically and it does it without your drive losing one of your change "counters".
