I am lucky in that I have access to 'free' WIFI and therefore rarely use 3G/4G data.
Because of this, I buy the 300MB FreeMe bundles for standby and emergencies.
The last time I bought this bundle (28 March) the amount of data on the bundle is 150MB and not 300MB.
There seems to be no way of contacting Telkom about this even the 'social' box is overflowing.
Does anyone from Telkom read these forums?
