Frequency Interference

Appreciate any assistance.
This past week, in the 3 neighbouring apartment blocks in Morningside Durban, car remotes, garage door remotes won't work. In some of the apartments, ceiling fans, air conditioners and even door-bells, their remotes do not work.
Who does one contact to run tests to determine the cause of the interference ?

Please keep us updated. Also gey more than one person to report it . It is most probably some radio transmitter jamming the airwaves due to a failure

Yip, you'll be surprised how diligent they are, a relative used an imported uncertified cordless phone and it was messing up the cell signal in the area, Icasa dudes rocked up at her door and requested to inspect all wireless devices on the property, phone was confiscated.
