Its been him since we found out that Walter stole Peter from the other side. It stands to reason that if Walternate had the sense of morality and genius as Walter and wasn't institutionalized, he would be the evil genius behind the shapeshifters all the other stuff.

I am SO looking forward to Thursdays episode!

I just hope it actually comes to a conclusion. Not another "Wait until next season to find out" cliffhanger kark.

its littel things like sometime on fringe they fly Oceanic airlines.
at least fringe isnt as freaking confusing as lost

There isnt really any direct links to it, but in one episode they managed to capture a divice which sposedly shows fotage of the other side and on it was season 1's deleted scenes from Lost ( which showed Claire at the airport)
